My Desktop is all of sudden switch off's very often.Kindly make justice to me as the service staff of HCL behaved IRRESPONCIBLE and also cheated me.I request your kind guistere to order HCL to take back their DESKTOP along with all Documents.I am a chronic back-pain patient and due to the tension created by the HCL SERVICE AUTHORITY IT is increased and ultimately my health deteriorated. when i switch on the computer there is display but cannot come to window,i hope booting is problemplease rectified the problem

first of a brand desktop always get some silly errors. you should always go for assembled. second for you problem as you explained is not enough to identify problem. may be RAM is responsible for this if you monitor gets ON but nothing is displayed.

i have puchased a hcl computer system from Computer Corner Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad and lodge complain to ur helpline. today i.e. 18.8.08 my computer system is not woking as per specification. simultaneously i also contacted with shop but they r helpless.
Problem -
