[Resolved] Hcl Laptop — broke my laptop hinges and not ready to repaired

hello sir/madam, I chetan kumar STAY IN PUNE (ph-[protected])would like to intimate to you that on 24th july , 2009 i deposited my laptop to the HCL service centre and till date not got back. my laptop right side hinges was loose so i deposited it to get it done but after 1 months when i went to the service centre to collect it they presented my laptop with its hinges broken and say that it was broken at the time of deposit which is not correct as they them self checked it at the time of depositting and they mention it in my job card also that it is loose but now they dont agree and are blaming me for that and not ready to repair also and say that i have to pay two thousand rupees to get IT repaired . when i deposited my laptop it was in warranty . NOW PLEASE TAKE THIS CASE VERY SERIOUS AND HELP ME IN GETTING MY LAPTOP IN WORKING CONDITION AS SOON AS YOU CAN AS IT IS HAMPERRING MY STUDY. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

dear sir, i purchase a leaptop science 1 and half year ago. i purchase and just fopund some problem with leotop, take him for service center.

but didnt solve my problem and currept my leaptop and breake somr body part. i send leaptop again to service center, again and again .
they geve me leaptop after service after 15-30 day,
and i found my leaptop fail after some time . and i send for service center again,
this letest new i send my leaptop service center when its complitly failyor ( warrenty in AMC) my job sheet no 400 dated[protected], in service center jaipur, HCL TOUCH, city center, jaipur.
they give me after repair in AMC, back. i found some hardware missing like, blutooth, modem,
and found some body part and screen assaymbly broken,
i am very tired from hcl service, i will claim in consumer court soon if they didnt responce me,
i want to replace my leaptop new .

I want some help from your side because of i am a old customer OF HCL laptop model AX0X 2202 HCL, PURCHAGE FROM IT ZONE PATNA I WANT A CABINET FOR REPLACEMENT BECAUSE MY OLD CABINET IS BREAK I AM REGULAR TALKING WITH MR.TAPAS SERVICE ENGG HCL RANCHI BUT HE NOT RESPOND FAST KINDLY HELPME.
