[Resolved] HCL Laptops — battery did not get charged

i bought a hcl laptops from dhanbad on 21.10.2009, which machine sr. no. 8094AX038513, product code AX0P4106, model P4106. but at the end of december my leaptops battery did not get charged. my laptops is still in the warrenty period. so, i request you to kindly send me I.D. HCL LAPTOPS — My laptop is not getting charged

I have brought the laptop in April'08.But its not getting charged these days.I have been working on ac.
Please provide me a solution or the cause of this defect.
