i m subscriber of hcl desktop and i purchesed hcl system which is machine no.(hcl desktop c2d)b074am213421from ghaziabad before 15 months in last months system working satisfactory but 2 month befor system was not working in same, manner system is come under the three year warrentee .i complant it many times in your servic center but no action were take at least.plz just take action this is my request.if this progress will continue in futur.i will take a action against u in court.

iam using hcl ezebeee system.my machine serial number is BO64AZ203445.the system is under warranty.all of a sudden my system failed to work on 1st may 2009.i lodged a complaint on may 4th .the compaint no is ERC[protected].as per the complaint the system engg visited my premises and took my smps and told that the problem is with smps only.he assured that smps will be replaced in another 2 days.
later i could find that problem is not with smps.its with motherboard.i informed the same to the cust service.then system engg came to my place once again on 12th may 2009.he took my motherboard also.he assured that he will replace both the motherboard and smps within 2 days.then i kept calling the cust service.they asked me to wait since the stock has not yet arrived.in the mean time the chennai cust service number did not work.
i contacted pondicherry cust service number on 18thmay 2009.they gave me a cell no.the no is [protected].they told he is the concerned person dealing with my issue.he will help me out in replacing motherbord and smps.i contacted him in a daily basis fot 3 days.he did not give any proper info to me.in the mean time pondicherry cust service number is also not working .
So i did not have any other option .i have to contact only [protected] given by pondi cust service.he said his name is velmurugan.on 20th i contacted him on afternoon and eve.while i contacted him on eve he told he is at greams road checking for the status and he assured that he will call me after checking the status.i waited patiently.i did not get a call from the concerned person.so i contacted him .he started rejecting my call.i tried after sometime thinking that he was busy.but still he kepy rejecting my call.i tried to contact him with my friend's mobile .he attended the call.he shouted at me saying that not to disturb him.i got annoyed.
I contacted him bcoz hcl gave the number to contact.to the worst scenario cust service number is dead.he assured me that he will tell the status.he failed to do that.then where should i contact regarding my issue?moreover that guy is very cool and telling me not to disturb him abd he asked me to complaint whereever i want.
Is this way to treat a customer?i have reliance bb connection iam paying 750 per month since my system did not work from 1st may i cannot use my net connection also.i dont have any cust service number to contact.that guy is not picking my phone.where will i contact?what should i do?
whats the solution for my smps and motherboard?even iam the employee of hcl.iam working in the hcl for more than 2 years.my emp code is 40165528.my mobile no is [protected].cust is valuable and has to be treated properly.but he is telling not to disturb him.
So i want the solution for my issue immediately and i want someone from hcl to contact me and i need cust service number to know the status.to add it all proper action has to be taken against the guy with mobile no [protected] who failed to treat the customer properly.iam very upset and totally helpless.please consider my issue.
