HCLStore.in — online purchased item not delivered

I (Md. Imtiyaz Alam) have purchased a Nokia AC-8 travel charger from the official site of HCL(Hclstore.in) on 4-june-2012 by paying Rs.342 online with my debit card. They have send me an order confirmation email in which details of my order was provided, the order no of the purchased item is 57270.I have given the correct shipping address but still now the ordered item has not been delivered to me though the payable amount has been deducted from my account, and the status shown on the hclstore.in site for the order is still the same(ready for shipping). Here, i see no further improvement regarding the ordered item. therefore I request to the CONSUMER FORUM to go through this and make a justice. I am providing the webpage veiwed 7-april-2012
