HEATHROW COURIER EXPRESS — is it froud or correct

Sir/Madam, I got a message from HEATH ROW courier saying that i got a parcel with them sent from Shell, London based company under the pro manager of Mr Dr.Cindi Val and for that i have to pay them 13, 940INR and also mention that they don't have any branch in India so how are they going to reached the parcel by their agents to me safely. so, according to this message what i need to know from your side is how far it could be true and can i pay the bills to their agents after delivering the parcel to me first but they are saying to me that i have to pay the courier charge first as there is a rule in London as they mention to me Was this information helpful? i received a sms from [protected]@hotmail.com of shell petrolium uk that i had won a prize mony of 750000 pounds out of a draw of mobile numbers.moreover on contacting them i was said to send my adress to [protected]@hotmail.com n pay them in advance for their service. i want to know that is that right or fraud. please verify and inform me at email-id- [protected]@yahoo.com

i recived amessage from shell petroleum company situated in london they asked me to send my name, address, and mobile no.to them via email and told that i have win a cash prize of rs750, 000 pounds and then give me the full information of heathrow courier department and they asked me to send some more details of mine.whe i send them the information they want they told me to choose my mode of delivery 48hrs or 24hrs and ask to deposit the money in the following account ACCOUNT NAME: KENEDY PANMEI
ACCOUNT NUMBER:[protected]
BANK NAME: STATE BANK OF INDIA

what should i do please tell me.
