Hellotravel — cheating by taking money and not providing the travel

I am Mrs.Mamatharaj from Bangalore city, Karnataka, thorough online I paid Rs. 6999/- plus Rs.6999/- for 2 tour packages arranged by hello travel.com and after receiving the payment on 5th May 2012 they gave me 2 vouchers to plan the holiday ( their messages are reproduced below) and there after they are not responding to my calls or to my emails. I humbly request the concerned officials to intervene and solve my problem. Let them refund my money of 14000/- grabbed by them as i have lost hopes of they arranging any tour for our family. I am a salaried person and was planning my holiday for the whole year with my family.
