Iam Ayesha munshi from Shimoga town (Karnataka) i have purchased a cycle of
hurculas company that is octane by paying Rs.6600- on dated 07 aug 09 from
local shop keeper named by shankars cycle lokka, but from the day of
purchase itself its not working properly.shop keeper has convence me to buy the
cycle like anything but when i complaint him that cycle gear is not working
properly he is not ready to give the service. first three months of purchase
i was regularly complianting about the cycle at last he said that if pay Rs.
500 more he will make the cycle in working condition and give then i paid
500rs and again in 15 days the gear got jam and breaks were not working.The
day breaks got cut my son was riding the cycle if any thing would have
happen to him means who would be responsible for him as its too much traffic
now a days. i have again taken the cycle to shop keeper but he is not ready
to listen. now from past 6 months i have kept the cycle in gowdown.
please help me in this matter either tell shop keeper to refund me back the
money or give me the new cycle

Hercules Cycle — Defect in New Cycle found
Respected Sir/Madam,I buyied a new Hercules Cycle on date 16/05/2011, and after 1 hour driving i found thea cycle is not working properly, it was moving towards itself to right direction, on complaning next day shopkeeper called me after 2 days to change a part of cycle and said after changing this part it will work all right.
but after replacement of that part i immediately after test drive informed them that still i has the same problem.
and the shopkeeper told me after 5-7 days it will be ok itself.
when i found the problem is not solving again i complained shopkeeper, now he is saying he can only repair the cycle not replace the part which is not working properly.
I want replacement of the malfunctioning part ot the cycle.
i buyied this cycle for Rs 2900.
The contact no's mentioned on the Cash Memo are not valid so i have to go for every time on his shop.
Please help me out from this problem.
