Dear Sir,
I have taken above mentioned policy for my wife before she travel to Australia, she gone under treatment there and claim form given to you in July 2010. You have asked for doctor's certificate which we have sent you. Later on you asked to submit our family doctor's certificate which also submitted. We have not yet any claim amount and not happy with your service and go on passing time.Let me clarify that my wife was taking tablets for high B P which is normal one we have not claimed. She got some vaginal infection at Australia and doctor had a doubt of Diabetic positive and advised to go on test which we have done. During treatment BP was not coming down so additional tablet which she prescribed which new tablets we claimed.
This created doubt in my mind and when my daughter's in-laws were travelled in Jan2011 I told them to take policy from Bajaj as claim clearance is faster than you.
Tell me what I should do in future,we are going to visit in Canada in June2011, shall I take policy from you? Suppose you will be in my position what you will do?
My son in Canada, my daughter in Australia & I am in Abu Dhabi and are taking policy from so many agencies but not faced problem. My wife also travelled in Australia before also and she did not require any medical treatment.Hope you will consider our feeling do the needful earliest possible.
I don's have family doctor's report but my wife has submitted from India.
