This is Achal Pratap Singh an Engineering student from Ghaziabad(UP). I have a Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme which i had bought 8 june 2009 and have covered 12000 kms, from last week i am facing a problem with my bike's main lock. It has been checked by authorised hero honda service center and they told me to replace it but problem is that they are not replacing it in warranty . The reason what they are telling me that you have not done your all services from my service center ( vasant automobiles, ghaziabad) so they can not replace it. Beacause as i am a student i have bought my bike from bareilly(UP) and seviced it from different hero honda authorised service center in different cities.

My self is Girish Maulekhi, I am the customer of Hero Honda, I hv purchased a Bike Passion Pro last yr. 14th-Jun-10, but I am facing problem in Back Right Shocker, I hv severally ask our nearst Hero Honda Dealer to replace the same, but they r not replacing it and neither giving proper response for the same.
