very Bad company and defective products.

There is oil leakage from my hero honda splendor plus since the first service. Everytime they say that the problem has been corrected. But no only it has aggravated. Wheter the engine is defective or the service personnel is non competent, I dont know. Plz suggest how to proceed further?
I purchase new Super Splendour from H.M. MOTORS - Panvel showroom . I had complins so many time in Andheri office but no use.Starting from first service I am getting gear problem, So many time I visited to show room & also told my problem to Mr. Rohan engg. from Andheri branch, but they denied my problem.
My opinion is ; because of high sale, Hero- Honda company don't care of their custmer .
