[Resolved]  Hero Honda — Poor AfterSales service

I have a Hero Honda CBZ(2001 model). Unfortunately for me, the bike is no longer in production and my bike is in a terrible condition due to unavailability of parts. I had been at the ' M/S Shree Samarth Automotive' Service Center(which is a part of ' M/S Shree Samarth Automotive' from whom I had purchased the bike) about three months back, in order to replace the silencer but due to the unavailability of parts, I still haven't managed to get the silencer replaced. I finally, went to Bangalore and to my luck, the silencer was available at one 'Prakash Motors'. My bike, at the moment, is lying in one of the Hero Honda service station in Margao(Goa) for about two weeks. I had been informed that it takes approximately 6 days for the parts to arrive if ordered but it has been more than 8 days now. When enquired about the status of repair, the supervisor rudely asked me to take the bike back. I guess, Hero Honda doesn't value it's customers once the bikes are out of production. I only pray for those millions, who believed in Hero Honda and have purchased it's motorcycles, not to be disappointed the way I have been.

SIR I HAVE BOUGHT HERO HONDA KARIZMA 4 MONTH BEFORE. ON 23 OFOCT I GOT ACCIDENT AND MY BIKE IS ALSO DAMAGED. I WANT TO MAKE IT REPAIR BEFORE DIWALI. BUT I ASK TO THE SHOW ROOM FROM WHERE I BOUGHT MY BIKE (METRO MOTORS RITHALA DELHI)THEY REFUSED TO DO THIS AND TELL ME TO COME AFTER DIWALI.BUT I WANT TO MAKE IT OK BEFORE DIWALI.SO I REQUEST U TO DO MY FAVIOUR AND LET ME KNOW THE POSSIBILITY ASAP.

THEY GAVE ME THE GATE PASS AFYER TAKING THE PAYMENT OF RS.175 AS IT WAS SECOND FREE SERVICE.AFTER TAKING THE GATE PASS, I HAVE TO WANDER ABOUT FOR HALF AN HOUR TO TRACE MY PLEASURE NO. HR51AE1569 TOKEN NO.103. DATED 14-8-09. AFTER THAT I WAS TOLD BY THE GATEMAN THAT UR PLEASURE WILL BE IN THE WASHING. I WENT THERE IN THE WASHING SECTION, IT WAS IN QUEUE AFTER I0 BIKES. I HAD MY 60 YEARS OLD FATHER WITH ME WHO WERE HARRASSED BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE ABOVE SAID DEALERSHIP. THERE WERE MANY MORE PERSONS LIKE ME. BUT THE THINGS ARE NOT IN UR NOTICE.
