[Resolved]  Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme — Service & manufacturing fault

My self is Deepak kumar, i have purchased ur Hero honda CBZ Extreme on date 1st of march 2012 form Sahib motors ( Site -IV, Sahibabad industrial area, Near Bikaner wala, Sahibabad.) from the date of purchased its disc breke is not working properly, its color almost torn from many parts, its create too much sound from engine, chain and its visor also vibrate. befor the first service i complained to service advisor to have a look on these matter. but he told me that pls continue run this bike till the first service and i have also done this thing. at the time of first service, again i told these things to service advisor, he wrote these things on service form, but when i came back to take my bike the problem was as it is. he satisfied me with his arguements. i escape more than ten times with an accident because of disc brake. i dont know what & where is the problem. now again its service time for my bike. what should i do now....... please take a action on this matter as soon as possible.
