Hero Honda Good Life — GIFT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT SHOWROOM LAST 3 YEAR & NOW CARD HAS EXPIRED

Hero Moto Corp - not getting any gifts against good life card last 3 year due to unavailability of gift and now card has been expired i am a member of good life card of hero moto corp upto 3.5 years and have recived aproxl 1300 points till now. but i am sorry to say that, whenever i have contact to authorised dealer regarding gift during last 3 year, gift was not available, and i have very surprised, when yesterday (ie 12/09/2013) i went to dealer for getting gift, they said your card has been expired on 12/04/2013, and if you want to get the gift you will have to renew your card my complain is that when gift was not available at dealer last 3 year, how I was get my gift during that period and now he saying your card as expired so i request to solve my problem as early as possible. good life card no.[protected] NAVEEN JAIN MOB NO.[protected]
