I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a highly disappointing and frustrating experience I’ve had with one of hero dealerships — Aniruddha Hero, Andheri (Mumbai) — particularly with the sales manager Mr. Suraj.
Background:
I booked and made full payment for a Hero motorcycle 25 days ago. Since the payment was completed, I have faced nothing but delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct from the dealership staff — especially Mr. Suraj, who was my point of contact.
Issues Faced:
1. No Registration Plate for 25 Days:
It has been nearly a month since my payment, and I am still waiting for the registration number. I am unable to legally use the vehicle on the road.
2. No Clear Timeline or Transparency:
Every time I inquire about the registration status, I am given the same vague reply: “It will come in a couple of days.” This has been repeated over and over with no real progress or concrete answers.
3. Zero Call Response from Sales Manager:
Mr. Suraj has not answered a single phone call from me after the sale, despite me calling 5–6 times daily. This is not only irresponsible but also unacceptable customer service.
4. Unprofessional WhatsApp Responses:
The only communication I’ve received from Mr. Suraj is through WhatsApp, and even those replies are unhelpful, generic, and lack any actual resolution.
Current Situation:
I am now stuck with a motorcycle that is unusable due to the lack of registration. I have no way to escalate the matter locally as calls go unanswered and there is no senior point of contact made available. It feels like I’ve been completely abandoned after making the payment.
What I Expect:
An urgent update on the registration status of my vehicle.
Immediate intervention by Hero MotoCorp to ensure the dealership completes the remaining formalities.
A formal apology for the lack of support, and appropriate action taken against such careless behavior.
Steps taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.
As a long-time admirer of the Hero brand, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I expected better professionalism and support, especially from an authorized dealership.
Please consider this complaint seriously and treat it as urgent. I request your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.
