[Resolved]  Hero Honda Passion Pro — battery out of order

my self bijay ku sahoo.vill. Gania.purchased a hero honda passion pro on dec 22-2011.battery of the bike got out of order.and i have complained on oct 2011. then i have followed on dec14 2011.but the owner of the sjow room refused to replace the battery and told to take 400.00.it is impossible to drive without horn and light.


Bike purchased from hero honda show room Daspalla.
