[Resolved]  Hero Honda - Passion Pro — Advance Booking & delay in delivery

Dear Sirs,

I have booked (Re no: 3536) above mentioned two wheeler at Hero Honda's registered dealer -Perfect Auto Services- Rajkot on 26-February 2011.

At the time of booking the rate of bike was 50,980 and they agree to deliver the same after 5 days but, Till yesterday i.e. 15-March-2011 i have not received any call or revert from their side.

So today i.e. on 16-March 2011, i called and asked for delivery of bike. They replied that bike is ready, so come and take delivery after making full payment, but the rate of bike is now more than Rs. 52000 w.e.f. 5th march.

At the time of booking they said that you will get delivery after 5days so tentative date should be 2nd march and new rate applicable after 5th march, so it seems that they intentionally delay the delivery to get more money.

What i understand the meaning of advance booking is to avoid a future loss which can be occur due to change in rate.

moreover, In spite of advance booking why should i pay more?? and
If i have to pay current price than what is the meaning of advance booking??

I also would like to bring to your notice following points:
1) I came to know that they are getting more price by making artificial shortage.
2) Customers who take bike on finance will get spot delivery.
3) If we give more money than actual price then will get spot delivery.
4) They haven't call to customer, who have already paid advance.

Request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the necessary step at the earliest to other people's who are suffering for the same like me.
