[Resolved]  Hero Honda Passion+ — points are been not entered in our good life card

dear sir I have a complain of good life card points are not entered in my card by excellent automobiles on dated 26/10/2010 of receipt no6382 in the above reciept passport referrel name is kamlesh patil but the showroom boys are not entering the referrel point in my good life card and they are saying that we have entered the points inyour card and they have entered my points in the manual passport of other person so please kindly know that the above points are entered in my card or not because they are not showing me the above points of dt 26/10/2010 so please confirm me that the points are entered in my card or not & also she on above matter and rectified and answer me for that.
