This is Bhimrao Shantappa Patil , I have purchase your hero honda plessure on 13 may 2011 from chinchwad branch ( Sehgal Authorised Pvt. ltd.)
My vehicle no. is MH-14 CV 1483 is having battery problem. Last three times we are facing this problem & now showroom peoples are saying that you have to claim the battery prob by yourself. is this the way to deal with customer. I want immidiate response from you.
