Hero Honda Super Splendour — Average of my bike

I have bought Hero Honda Super Splendour two years ago and since then i am not satisfied with the average of my bike.my bike is giving an average of 40 to 45 km/ltr. Whenever i gave my bike for servicing to the authorised service center of hero honda, i always told them about this problem but they always said that it will be fine after the servicing but almost two years have paased and nothing happened and my bike is still giving an average of 40-45 km/ltr. now tell me what should i do.

myself Suman gorai i have purchased a Herohond Super-splendor from Rahul automobile (City:-Anda, Dist:-Burdwan(wB), Dill:-[protected], [protected]) on 4.11.2007 form that time my byke millage is so pore 30 to 35km per litter i have told to that dealar he said me that now your byke is new thats why ur millage is pore but after some servising millage will increase but i have done 3 servising but till now the millage is same and now days dealar said i dont bother about this u should complain to company and he did not give any add of company where i make complain

so i request u plz accept this complain and look this matter very cearfully and tack some action against the dealar or i haveto go to make case to the consumercourt.

I am receiving problems due to the mileage of my vehicle. It is just 35 km/ltr, which certainly is very low. I had made a complaint to KHANNA Auto mobiles and got the servicing done twice (from Khanna Auto mobiles workshop C-124 A, Mayapuri, Phase -2, New Delhi-64) but it did not help the cause.
I even got the battery replaced within 4 months from the date of parchase[protected].

I have also the same problem in my bike. I have also get around 40-45 km mileage. I am also disappointed. Have you checked the air correctly.

How much air you fill in front and back tyre

hero honda motorcycles — Service related

I am a customer of your esteemed origination, i owned Hero Honda cbz extreme model which i have purchased on 19 Jan 2009, since from first service i am facing a serious problem in performance of my bike, details of the problem are :

1) Engine Starting problem during Rain or after washing
2) On highway when speed reaches 60 km/h or more than engine get automatically turn off which is a serious problem and may leads to accident.


I have visited many times to your service centre Galaxy motors, Bilaspur (c.g) and informed them about the problem, they told me after servicing that my problem has been solved and i will never face such problem again but later i found the problem was not solved and after two such services of my bike the problem is not yet solved.

I again visited Galaxy motors on 14/08/09 and informed them about the problem, Service supervisor of Galaxy motors told me that in CBZ model it is manufacturing problem of Not starting in Rain and it will remain in my bike and also he suggested me not to go for a ride during rain, secondly for my second problem he told me that Engine of CBZ extreme will come to line after 6000 to 8000 kms and until my bike reach to that mark this problem will remain and he also suggested me to always ride below speed of 60 kmh. If i have to ride below 60 km/h than i must have purchased some other 100 cc model of yours which had saved money and fuel both.

I feel both of the answers relating to my problem is not satisfactory and there is a lack of knowledge of your service staff or some more training is required to them. Hero Honda is a world leader in two Wheeler manufacturing and we as a customer have trust in the products manufactured by you form past several Decades.

even i face alot of problem regarding mileage problem of my super splendor, its giving me hardly 38 km per litre.Please let me know how can i rectified this problem or whats is the solution for the same.

Dear Sir, I've purchased a motor cycle of hero-honda splender NXG from Raymon Showroom at Y.N. road (GSITS) Indore(MP) on 08.10.2009. I am not satisfied with the product that I have, Since it has some major problems on its front wheel. It starded bubbling on riding bike. I have complained (3-4 times) for it to the showroom but they ddn't take it serious and ignore it.

So I request you, kindly help me and resolve this problem. I'll really oblige to you.

Hero Honda Super Splendor — Purchase of motorbikes

I have purchased a super splender on 27th November, 2009. from SAKSHI MOTORS, Tinsukia, Assam. The customer care service of the dealer is very poor.. They don't have sufficent working staff. Above all They have forecefully attached all the accessories viz. Security Remote Control, Side busket, and Lemination etc. But they have not issued the Money recipt of the above mentioned accessories. I will go to Consumer Forum against the dealer.

super splendour is very amazing bikes, my bike giving 55 to 50 km, iam very proud of one of the customer in her honda company, very excellent brakes and headlights, horns stylish bike for super splendour

Certainly the mileage of the bike is not satisfactory

I have a super splendor from 2006 july .mileage was below 40 km.tuned the carb now getting 50 km, only if speed is kept below 50 km/hr.the bike ran more than 26000km. Going from kochi to bangalore 530km.once in a month.Handle also gets struck once in a while after a bad patch, may be cone problem.Acceleration is linear from zero to 50 km/hr there after very slow upto 85km/hr.and mileage sucks.The odo is faulty shows only 440 km instead of 530km. the needle swings after 50km.

i HAVE A SUPER SPLENDOR BIKE, IT HAD A MILEAGE PROBLEM, I'D TO CHANGE MY CYLINDER KIT AND AFTER THAT I'M GETTING AROUND 60 KMPL MILEAGE, BUT ITS MAIN PROBLEM IS ITS HIEGHT IS NOT COMFORTABLE FOR ABOVE 5"8, IT VL MAKE BACK PAIN, UP TO 50KMPH ITS BETTER THAN ANY 125, BUT AFTER DAT IT'LL SHIVER, , , NT GUD FOR LONG RIDING, BT BETTER FOR CITY DAZZLING DRIVING IN CITIES.
