I am also a victim of this builder. This builder offers plots of land through schemes where one has to pay in installments. I had booked 4 plots at 2800/- per month for 5 years. After paying 3 years the builder has refused to receive any further payment and insist to take back money minus booking amount without any interest. This builder is habitually cheating many people this way. Even after completing the payment tenure, before 3-4 years, people are neither getting back their money nor any plot. Some have got the refund after a difficult persuance. Let an enquiry be conducted into builders account. The builder is using the money of simple people like us in constructing apartments, colleges and other infrastructures. If you can help us it will be a real treat to the worries of so many people and the builder can be stopped to persuing such fraud any more. Let the builder be punished.
