I had booked a flat at Hi-Tech, Brundaban -Puri ( Near Batamangala) and paid 2,07,500/- on 08/08/2012 , vide receipt no- 681 as booking amount and paid 2nd instalment of Rs. 2,00,000/- on 08/01/2013 vide receipt no-532.
In spite of repeated mails, phones no body is responding . I had also visited the site but no body is there and no construction is going on.
I would like to get my money back and cancel the booking. Please...

I had booked a flat at Hi-Tech Brundaban, flat no- 4/C1-01 at Batamangala, Puri district of Orissa. I have already paid 2 instalments . 1st booking instalment of 2,07,500/- and 2nd instalment of 2,00,000/- ( total amount paid is 4,07,500/-.
No construction progress is going on. No body is responding to my mails . I had visited the construction site also, no body is there and no construction going on.

Cheating people through offering plots on installments

I am also a victim of this builder. This builder offers plots of land through schemes where one has to pay in installments. I had booked 4 plots at 2800/- per month for 5 years. After paying 3 years the builder has refused to receive any further payment and insist to take back money minus booking amount without any interest.
