I have Booked (Santro Xing GLS Model – Colour – B. Red) a car in HIMGIRI HYUNDAI ( B-99 , Wazirpur Industrial Area) on 27th Dec, 2010. Booking Amt paid Rs 10000/- wide Receipt N0- 78311
At the time of Booking they committed me ( B. Red Colour) the same colour.
I like this colour & Booked on the Spot. & Given Token Amt Rs:- 10000/- & They told me that we will delived your car in the month on Jan First week.
I told I want My Car delivey on
2nd Jan – Sunday or 7th Jan - Friday
Manitosh Told me that 2nd is not possible. We will try to delived on 7th Jan. then I said Ok No problem but I want max 9th Jan 2011.

I got a Massage from HIMGIRI (Dear Sir/Madam, we thank u for booking your car with Himgiri Hyundai. Just to remind that to avail the discount/scheme offered to u, full payment of the car needs to be made latest by 30 dec 10.if the full payment does not Reach us by 30 dec 10 then the discount/ scheme offered to u shall stand cancelled. For more details contact your sales consultant.)
After that I talk to Sale Person (Mr. Manitosh – He told me for Deposited Some Cash, I ask for Rs Aprox 50000/- Rs. He said ok. On 29th my Cousin Brother Reach to the Showroom & Deposited Rs 49000/- Wide Receipt No…78538
After that Manitosh told me we will Deliver Your Car First Week of Jan, 2011. I said ok. Because I also want Delivery in the Month of Jan, 2011.
Every this is Going Fine…
On 3rd Jan 2011:-
I got call from Manitosh , Sir we will not able to deliver your Car Santro GLS ( B. RED Colour). Because we do not have any stock of GLS Model. He ask me to buy Santro GL Model Or (Santro GLS Black Colour)
I just Simply Refuse I want my order only. I want only Berry Red or Alternate option is White Only.
He said we will not able to provide your car. Please cancel your Booking Immeditely. I said why I will cancel my booking. He said we will cancel your Booking. And we will also charges Cancelation Charges. I got fired on Mantosh. He said please come our office. I worked in Noida. I told this is not a easy job to come your office ( Noida To Wazirpur). He said you have to come. I told I do not have any time. I want my order only.
On 4th Jan 2011:-
In the Morning I call Mr. Manistosh when you are Delived my Car. He said we will not Delivered your Car. Come to our office
We will give you 2011 Model as per the current price( which price Hyundai will be Decide new price Chart).
I said Give me any model 2010 or 2011 at the same price. He said we will charges the current price. What ever the company new price. I said what we have decided give me the same Model Or new Model at the same price. Because I have to plan my budget. The Manitosh Given To Phone Mr. AKshay Kumar ( Sr. Team manager)
Mr Akshay told me that company have right to cancel your booking. Or we have right to offer you new model at new price. We are offer you new model at new price. I said if I have to buy new model car at new price. Why I booked it before. I will get new model on the spot. Why I booked it in the month of Dec 2010. after a long desscusion . I got no result…
On 5th Jan 2011:-
I got a call from manitosh… sorry sir, we will not delived your car.please come to our show room & Cancel your Booking. On 5th Dec, I left my office at 4:00 PM & Gone to himgiri Show room.
I reach approx 6:30PM..i called manitosh I am waiting. Tell me what your decision. He said sir wait for some time. I am coming. He is come after 10 min. & Said why you are not take black. I said why I will take black. I am paying money . I have right to choose my colour. At the time of booking you have confirm me the colour. After that I have booked my car.
Mantosh told me :- We will give you 2011 model , but these offer is not valid Like discount…etc. i said you will give Me 2010 or 2011 Model. But give me the same price. Which you have commited me. Then I am agree. He again please cancel your booking. We will charges cancellation charge Rs 3000/-. I said why you will charges me this amt. because this is your fault not my fault. Why you will charges me this amt. after that I request for the cancellation charges with No Deducation is also mention on the Paper. I said return my money. They told me that we will give your payment after 1 or 2 week. After a long disscuion they are agree they will deliver my cheque with in 3 days… (Means :- Max 7th Jan.)

After filing the cancellation
On 9th Jan 2011, I got a call from Manitosh, Sir, we have a good new, all the feature of SANTRO GLS MODEL Feature in the SANTRO GL 2011,( Few Feature are missing - Minnor) we will Offer you this car

After some time I got a call from Manitosh. Sir we will delived your Old Order Berry Red Same colour.i said why you torchure me too much. If you are able to delived me the same car( why you are tourcher from from long time). I said I am not interested to dealing with you ( HIMGIRI). Beacaue you have Torcer me mently. He said we are delived you oder. If you wil, not take this then we will charges the cancellation amt( He fore me, or Press Me – to take your order). I got fired. Then I take class of Manitosh( I am ur Client, how you will force me). Then he given the phone to Mr. Akshay. He said sir we are delived your car. I said right now I am not interested. I want my payment only. I said why manitosh told me again you will charges me cancellation amt( This is Threat – You have to buy from us only). I said all is your fault not my fault. Every time I am suffering. From of you guys. You are not able to complete your commitment. That why you have accept the cancellation letter with Recived by manitosh ( Also Mention HIMGIRI STAMP).
They torchure me mently too much. After booked my New car. I sold my old car also, because I am buying new.
I did’t get new & also Deliverd my old car on 30th Dec,2010.
