[Resolved]  Himgiri Hyundai — cheating with me

Respected sir,
This is inform you that i am facing big time troubies regarding the service provided by dealer named HIMGIRI MOTORS located at B-99 wazirpur industrial area delhi 110052 ,my car no DL-8C-S-3348

From the day i have purchaced my hyundai car from this dealer, i have been facing problems regarding exessive noise problem from the bonnet side, For the latest on[protected] i was driving back to my home at an average speed suddenly my car broken down the air conditioner belt is broken , Despite my earlier reminder they neglleted my concern. To my god fate it was a narrow escape nearly met with accident, On[protected] i took my car to himgiri workshop ,they dignosed it is an air conditioner belt broke up and told me it will rectified by the evening but why i contacted them it will take some more time but[protected] when i visited the wrokshop my they didnt cleared my problem dispite i found scratches on my car bolts of other parts of my car , From the other side of the engine, the hose pipe is not connected properly , When i asked them what is this? this is not that area to open why have you opened ? I assume might be my car s original parts has been changed , they have been opened with out my consent. when i asked them the didnt cme with a satisfying responce due to which my car is now in very bad position .So i called up the police and they told me to park the car in the nearby police station for 3 days. Now my car is parked in himgiri hyundai workshop for the last 27 days and they still have failed to satisfy me or rectify my problem. To the all time i have continue sending e mails and registered letters to all seniour officers in india Dispite my regular calls, e mails and letters to registered posts no one replied to me.
And recntly on 22/01/2010 i again go to workshop where sh Vinod Pandita (vp) of himgiri hyundai they threatened me of dire consequences and asked to go any authority or court, you cannot do any harm to us we are men of means , we will throw your vehicle out the workshop and will complaint the same to police.
so please tell me one thing is this service are provided by hyundai india please tell me what i do now?

kmpl/car — cheating

i purchased a car from kotak in 2006.paida all dues till february 2009.in march 2009 they took away my car by court orders that i m defaulter from last 12 months.they showed me a residence of jalandar, i had taken loan from jalandar, purchased vehicle from jalanddar in court in jalandar .in actuall i had purchased car from patiala, taken loan from patiala, residing in patiala.by the virtue of which kotak lose that case in jalandar courts very badly.judge jatinder pal singh khurmi even told the lawyer of kotak that i think ur company (kotak ) is abankrupt company & is going to close soon .i released my vehicle after winning the case against kotak.now they again put the same case in patiala hahahaha. i m confident i m going to win that also.i put a case in consumer form in patiala also of the value of 20 lac harrsement & all mental tension beared by me.their branch manager & collection managers at patiala r in jail for threatning me in my office to settle it out out of court. i have all the proofs regarding my truth.IN THE END I SUGGEST THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY IF THEY R READY TO FACE HARRSEMENT, MENTAL TENSIONS THEN ONLY THEY GOES FOR A LOAN FROM KOTAKOTHERWISE NEVER PASSBYE BEAR THIER OFFICE IN OUR CITY.

you just approach to Consumer Court, nearly Shalimar Bagh and register a complaint against them that these type of persons are really leaves very bad prints on customers.And you just mail it to Hyundai Motors India also,
and in consumer court you can take Ist party -Hyundai motors, IInd party -Himgiri ( owner And V.P ) and for IIIrd party- Advisor Or ant other person Who misbehaves With you.

You plz take an action against thses Unprofessional persons,
But before you go to Court make sure you are right with your complaint. Coz never dis-repute anybody name.And If possible you plz meet with Mr.Owner( Mr.Goyal and Mr.Sikka )

We have purchased Hyundai i10 from HIMGIRI, WAZIRPUR INDL. AREA, DELHI on 07/03/2010
And from the date of purchase, many problems started arriving: -
1) A/C not working: When we given our Car to them for servicing, our A/C was not even working after serviving and in fact one more problem arrived in car & then again we gave our car and they took more then 1 week for repairing our Car.
2) Low Mileage: Normal i10 gives Mileage of 15 KMPL but our one gives only 10 Kmpl.
3) And Many Small problems started arriving.
4) Last week we had an accident and again we sent our car to them for repairing, Before repairing car, our A/C was perfectly running and after repairing it was not & very next day, while driving suddenly car stopped and smoke was coming from bonnet & when we checked Engine Coolant box was empty. After servicing they don't even check that Coolant is their or not.
Even we have had a horrific experience with Himgiri Hyundai. I'm sure what you would read ahead will be a real shock for all you guys.

I had purchased an i10 Magna from one of Hyundai’s so called Elite dealers M/S Himgiri Hyundai in Feb’2010.

Though there were problems from the onset including back trading on the price, delayed delivery, non receipt of antenna along with the car, overall look/shine, etc. the real surprise came around a month ago when the car was taken to a service station for rubbing and polishing and the guy there told that the car had been repainted from both the sides and also the quarter panels were repainted. I wasn’t ready to believe that a reputed and one of the most successful automobile company in India could ever do this. Moreover, this was my 3rd car purchased from HMIL and till date I have had no issues with the previous two cars purchased. The only difference between the latest and the last two purchases was that the previous cars had been purchased from M/S Empire Hyundai and this one from M/S Himgiri Hyundai. I called up the Hyundai customer care to register a complaint and they told me that I should take the car to an authorised Hyundai service station / dealer and if they confirm that the car has been repainted, only then they’ll register a complaint.

The car was taken to M/S Oberoi Motors in Dehradun and the body shop personnel and an insurance surveyor confirmed that 6 parts of the car (4 doors and both the quarter panels) had been repainted. After this I lodged a complaint with Hyundai customer care and was assured that I would receive a call from the concerned department within 48 hours. I also spoke to the G.M. Sales in Himgiri Hyundai (Mr. manish Suri) and he told me I need to bring the car to their showroom it needs to be inspected prior they can comment on our complaint. As the car was not in Delhi, I went all the way to Dehradun and bought the car. In the meantime I also kept on calling Hyundai customer care about my compliant and was every time given false commitments that I would receive a call from the concerned department, which I have not received till date.

I took the car to M/S Himgiri Hyundai on 14.11.10 and after inspecting the car, G.M. Sales gave me n number of reasons and tried to prove that the car was not repainted, apart from the rear right door which he told would have been painted due to some scratches during the car’s transit and someone had just tried to play around. As I was not convinced with all his reasoning and proofs, I took the car for a 2nd opinion to a nearby Deep Hyundai's service station. It was confirmed by them that the car was repainted from both the sides. When I called up G.M. Sales in Himgiri Hyundai, he again gave me the reasons that because I took the car to some another dealer he would have told this just out of jealousy. I told him that 1st of all I didn’t tell the person that I had already bought the car and had told that I wanted to purchase this car and if could just help me in figuring out if everything was ok. So the question of competitor rivalry doesn’t arise. Then Mr. G.M. started saying that he would sue the person who’s saying this, bring him to my showroom, blah blah. I told him that the person did me a favour by pointing out the defects in the car and has no responsibility of coming along with me any where or to prove this in front of anyone. Then Mr. G.M. told me that I need to bring the car once again (apart from Saturday and Sunday) and he would send one of his guys along with me and if anyone says in front of his guy that the car has been repainted, he would agree. On the way back, I got the car inspected by another private garage in Karol Bag and even there it was confirmed that it was a case of repainted car and the only parts which were not repainted were the bumper, the bonet, the roof and the boot cover.

If we take Mr. G.M.’s reasoning that both the dealers lied to me because of competitor rivalry, then what vested interest would the private service station / garage guys have in telling me that the car was repainted? Moreover, no one would have gained / lost in anyway by telling the truth. So the question of lying and jealousy does not arise.

The car was again inspected by Himgiri Hyundai’s evaluator in Noida yesterday and he confirmed that the left door and the right quarter panel had been repainted, though we maintained that 6 parts had been repainted. In fact the 1st question that he asked on seeing the car was that ‘Did you purchase a second hand car’? I spoke to Mr. G.M. and told him that though your evaluator says that 2 parts have been repainted, we still maintain our stand that 6 parts of the car were repainted and just to prove this in front of your evaluator we will take the car to a workshop. The car was taken to a private workshop and it was confirmed that it had been repainted. Then it was taken to a Hyundai showroom and authorized Maruti workshop in Noida but as both the places didn’t have a body shop, same could not be confirmed. After that we were intending to take the car to some other showroom / workshop but the evaluator told that he was getting late and thus we had to drop that plan.

So basically even Himgiri Hyundai has confirmed that at least 3 parts of the car had been repainted (One by Mr. G.M. and two by the evaluator). When I told this to Mr. G.M., he was still not ready to accept it and thereafter he stopped receiving my calls, though once the call was received by someone and he told that Mr. G.M. was in a meeting, which I’m sure was nothing but an excuse. Thereafter, I received a call from another Himgiri Hyundai’s representative and he was trying to convince me that the car had not been repainted, even though the evaluator was in conference and confirmed that the left door and the right quarter panel had been repainted.

After that I contacted the customer care and the answer I got was that though they had forwarded the complaint to the dealer, they didn’t receive any response from them and just to ward off things the customer care executive gave me the number of HMIL’s corporate office number (which I already had). I tried calling the corporate office quite a few times but the calls were unanswered.

All the above facts prove that that I was cheated upon and given a repainted and may be an accidental car, when I had purchased and paid for a new one. This is a clear case of fraud and forgery and is quite evident that a dealer as big as Himgiri Hyundai and having such a good reputation among the consumers is involved in these unethical malpractices and can fall to any given levels just for a few bucks.

As the issue remains unresolved, we’re now planning to take some serious actions against Himgiri Hyundai / HMIL as I won’t let them play around with my hard earned money.

I purchased one Hyundai Santro No-DL-8CAA -5864 in sept 2012 from Himgiri Hyundai Durga Puri Showroom. During this period there was some schemes were running like discount offers and Exchange offers. I had one Maruti Zen DL 6CD-6697.Your Sales officer Mr. Ravi discussed these offers how to avail these benefits. Mr. Ravi explained Exchange offer in detail and valued my old Zen below the market price, which I disagreed then he gave me another option for availing exchange offer, he told me that old car may be sold in market and submission of RC old and transferred both within 2 month of purchase. On that condition I agreed to purchase one Hyundai Santro No. DL-8CAA-5864 on 9-9-2012. And RCs were submitted to Mr. Ravi within 2 months. And Mr. Ravi assured me that Exchange benefit cheque worth Rs 20000/- will be sent to the address. But almost 6 months were over no cheque was given instead one excuse was given by Mr. Ravi that documents have been missed from the office because of transfer of A/C officer. After that I requested Mr. Ravi to search documents then after two months in April-2013 Mr. Ravi called me to inform that documents have been found and sent to head quarter and asked my A/C no. for the generation of cheque. But even after this I have not received this cheque of the exchage benefit and still waiting for it. This incidence of irresponsibility and non commitment from your staff has forced me to mail this complaint directly. Because of these kind of activities trust and bonding between you and me is on the brink of complete loss. Loyalty is made on trust and services. If these are not there then there is no reason to be your customer in future. If you can do something in this mater, then I have a request to you to do the needful. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.
