I had ordered the Asterix and Tintin Comic Book Set from www.thehindushopping.com on[protected]. I had registered 2 complaints with them. (details with Date and Time given). I did not receive any sort of reply nor support from them. Only a SMS stating that my complaint would be addressed in 48 hours.
3/26/2010 11:39:17 AM CNT[protected] Order(before delivery) Placed the order on 13 March 2010. The website said it should have been shipped by 16 March 2010. I still have not got it. Also, when i try the customer support no. in Bangalore, nobody is picking it up.
5/6/2010 4:16:27 PM CNT[protected] Order(before delivery) I had waited for a month for receiving my order and had registered two tickets. But both times, I was told I would be receiving my order but I did not receive anything. I called up customer support after that, and I had my order cancelled. They said the money would be transferred back to my account within a couple of days. However, I have not received any cash back. It was a 1½ month wait for my order and another half a month wait for my cash to return. Please, I made an order for Rs. 13,813 and would very much like to get the money back. And as for coming back to your website, I assure you that I will not bother you ever again once I get my money back.
Other than the complaints, I had called their customer support and still they said that they would deal with the problem. It has been about 2 months after I placed my order and I would really like to see if submitting a complaint on this forum has benefits.
