hindustan college of science and technology — regarding to the placement drive in the college

Respected sir
our college was conducting the placement drive for the RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. Training and placement department told the students that students had to pay Rs. 15000/- after the placement in the company. But when one of my colleague asked HR for the money directly HR got shocked by hearing this and they cancel the drive for the same reason. As we are the students of B.tech final year the company mean a lot for us.
so we want that there should be a strict action against the college.
