[Resolved]  Hindustan Petroleum / Hp Gas — No response to new connection on HP Gas website

Address:Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I had registered for a new connection on the HP Gas website http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in . Till date I have not received any communication from them. The status on the website says "Pending for Approval". I do not understand how long do they take to get an approval???
The distributor - Gaurav Enterprises - is not even aware of this website! They say they do not know about this and have stopped accepting new connections!
It is really unfortunate that we have to depend on these so called navratans who are not even interested in creating a new customer.

Hindustan Petroleum — HP Gas

I have a taken a transfer voucher after submitting my cylinder and regulator for HP LPG gas connection from Noida to Hyderabad, but here when I approach a local HP Gas Dealer, he told me that it takes at least 45 days to get the connection.
I want to know why this much time has been taken, if I had already submitted my cylinder and regulator with HP.

Can u look at this matter.

Dear Sir,

My consumer no. is 688449, i booked my gas on dated 23 Jan-2008, but yet not received my cylinder of HP gas agency from Kamla Nagar-New Delhi,

kindly do the gas supply very urgently.

I am booking hp gas before 2 week ago and deliver me gas cylinder late thats why always i having gas from my neighbor and i dont like that after late delivery ur delivery boy misbehave with me nahi layega to kya karega and all that please won ur delivery boy i[censored]r not solve my prolbem so i am complain ur in jago grahak consumer form.
