I Am paying Our Water bills Regularly in Uppalkalam Municipal Corporation Office upto September2009.But from october 2009 some Municipalities are Merged and our area is it seems Merged with Kapra and Centralised at Sainikpuri.Our First Bill for October2009 was recieved in March2010 and paid Imidieatly But no Water billls Were recieved upto June2010 and after My Complaints I got the Bills from November2009 to July 2010.From Augest2010 I got Regular Bill from Their Machine upto November 2010.Even thiough they are charging more than what i have to Pay for But More Surprsing I got a Bill for Rs 15600 from December to Feb2011 and in March2011 with same Pa
rameters The Bill is is 4600I just want to know How the Billing is Done and Who is The Person Who is Feeding the Billing Details to The Machine
All my Complaints are submitted Mr Balakrishna Who is Stationed at Velugutta Who Promptly Visited Our Complex and Submitted His Report to Headoffice.
I want to know through this Complaint Who is responsible for Wrong Information Giving Headache and Heart Attact to Customers by Billing Rs 15600/ Instead of Rs1200/
