We have purchased goods of Rs. 290 from More Departmental Store in Banjara Hills Hyderabad on 7th Dec. We asked for home delivery which they took address and phone no. and said they will deliver it on 8th. Till date we have not recieved the goods even after calling repeatedly.

Hope to have an action soon!

Don't buy any product from Tele Mall

Tele mall has delivered "Home Jogger" at our residence on 29th Dec'2009. It was working fine when delivery boy was showing demo to us. However, just after couple of hours it stopped working and then even after repeated phone call to them they are not showing any positive response instead they keep on asking Full name, residence address and receipt number in every call. I am calling them everyday since 5 days. But all my efforts are going in vein.

i bought home jogger on 17thfeb they promptly delivered d same . i started to use frm next morning. even after following prescribed instructions in d manual i suffered from severe headeach . on consulting d doctor i was strictly advised not to use home jogger. its almost been a week there is no relief from headeach . i contacted d tele mall n global sky shop but thy were very rude n did not take my complaint. i personally went to their goregaon {mumbai] office staff n managmnt they were very rough n illtreated me .

I bought a telemall Home Jogger on 18th March 2009, Bill # 1424; cost Rs. 4990/-. In 3 days it gives a burning smell from inside. I called their call center (the worst and rude and uncaring call center); they keep saying they will deliver a replacement the same day within 2PM - 6PM, its been more than 5 days and they have not delivered any replacement or cared to call me. I have called them more than 15 times in these 5 days.

I am fed up with this. I have bought stuffs from HomeShop18 too, they are so good. Someone needs to get Telemall out of business for sure. I am filing a complain in the Consumer Court next week.

Telemall Home Jogger — Not working

I have purchased telemall homejogger from goregoan dealer about a month ago. But now it is not working, When I compained the same, they are saying us to bring the same their shop. The Product is highly priced but they are not willing to attend the consumer complaints by visting their home.

a falls jogger machine, people who are fat they think that only way to reduce from fat to use any type of jogger, the truth is no one is better for and no one is 100% accuret .once you get fat you control your
diet and do regular excersice, and consoult to doctor he will give correct prescription.dont use your own ideas.make sure to your health, this is your life, please dont play with and expriement.

I have also ordered a Home Jogger on 13.04.2009 after watching it on TV.

Even Tele Mall dont have any website where you can see the product details.

I dont know how the TV channel's allow them to add their product without a proper authentication.

i want to purchase it but there is no full details of the product. no catalouge available. so its very difficult to buy any product like this.

Telemall is a real cheater. Their products are worthless and useless. What the heck they made for the public.
I've bought the same product and after few months within warranty period it stopped working.
They even don't attend our phone calls.

i buy a telle mall homo joger after few days the product blasted and my legs and few parts of my bordy where burn out when icall the tele mall they said that our company didnot responsible for my opnion you dont buy any product from tele mall

I do agree their service is really bad, Thank God I did not get the delivery.The delivery team called me and they said I will not be able to deliver to your home come and pick up if you want.

I would like to Thank my all friends that i was decide to purchase Tele Mall product Home Jogger but after viewing all the comments i dropped my plane or i well give free advise to every one that dont make mistake to bay any kind of this product

Wow, people have some crap experiences with this. Not me though. I have home jogger for about 7 or 8 months now and it works fine, never given me problems. its has certainly helped in weight loss but you need more than just the home jogger. Be sure to do other forms of exercises as well. Still don't understand what everyone's about... its worked fine for me...

i ordered body swinger from telemall on 30th july, and within two months, some plastic part inside is broken down which makes noise and obstructs in exercising.during this period, i have found no change in my body weight. this company is very poor regartding after sales service. their motto is to sell only there product along with dr changs tea and fat cutter tablets and nothing else. i called up on surat no and talked to priyanka regarding the same and she told me tht we will replace within 2 days. today one and half month has passed and still she is saying tht u will get it tommorow or day after two. she gave me reason that we dnt have stock and same day my friend called up and enquired for 2 body swingers and replied tht you will get n no. of pieces. what does it mean ? this all is . now im going to take legal action towards company and i will advice everybody to never purchase any product from telemall.i have already talked to my lawyer for the same and very soon i will send legal notice to company.
