Home Loan — This is not complaint but a request for continuing present EMI of Rs.3676/- from 01/01/2011.

Sub: Requesting for continuing existing EMI of Rs.3676/- on and from 01/01/2011 onwards.

Sir,
This is for your information that I am a retired Govt. Employee and I am paying EMI from my Pension only. Some salient feature are as follows for your perusal :
1) Loan tenure was for 10(Ten) years starting from 01/02/2005.
2) First five years EMI was 4990/- and 2nd. Five years EMI was 2900/-(More or less)
3) At present the tenure is reduces to 7 Years and 8 months due to several times re-settings of EMIs
4) It is clear from Sr. No. (2) above that the 2nd. Halv EMI much less than first halv as because I am to pay EMI from my PENSION only.
5) On July, 2008 I made a part payment of Rs.70000/- directing your Customer Care Officer decreasing EMI keeping tenure unchanged.
6) Your customer care officer gave me aassurance that EMI would be of Rs.3676/- up to the last installments i.e, 58 installments remaining, starting from 01/10/2009.
7) But unfortunatejjy, the tenure is again decreased to 48 keeping the repayment schedule breaking in two halvs as earlier enhancing the EMI to Rs.5277/- on and from 01/01/2011 up to the last.

In this circumstances, I request the favour of your kindly making the repayment schedule on and from 01/01/2011 for 28 installments (more or less ) in order thet the existing EMI of Rs.3676/- may continue to the last one for smooth repayment of loan, as it is maintained till date.

I contacted your customer care officer at Central Plaza, 2nd. Floor, Mintopark, Kolkata for that annomolies, according their advice I have to pray to you for redressal.
