Home Loan — Increase in home loan amt.

Dear Sir,

With reference to your letter I would like to draw your attention towards the following points

1) I had requested for home loan and in turn it was sanctioned.The sanctioned home loan amount was Rs.7,89,000 and a letter was sent to the same effect dated[protected].

2) I had taken a couple of months to arrange a guarantor as per above

3) To my greatest shock a new letter dated[protected] was received which mentioned a new loan amount i.e Rs.8,33,416 which I had never asked for.

4) I would also like to bring to your notice the fake signature of me and my wife on sanctioned letter dated 29 august 2007, which was sent to me with the letter dated 25 february. 2011.

So as per the commitment I am very much willing to pay the remaining balance of Rs.7,89,000 without any penalty.
