I have taken a home loan from IDBI Homefinance Ltd. bank and now transfering it to another bank. For preclosure of Home loan my existing bank is charging me with the interest for whole of the month of April 2010 even though today it is just 7th of April 2010 besides the preclosure amount as stated by them till 31st march. My last EMI date was 31st march 10 and EMI has been cleared. Please advice that whether it is justified and within the RBI Guidline to charge the interest / EMI upto 30th April even though it is just 7th of April. Was this information helpful? |

I have take loan from idbihome finance. i have give the request for forclosing the loan through email. even i have written to senior management for the same but i have not received any response. bank torchering us mentaly by way of no response and so on.
