[Resolved] Home Shop18 — Non receipt of the product and thereafter non receipt of the refund of amount | |
Sir / Madam,
1] On 3/3/2013 i have ordered to home shop 18 on line one Zen Full Touch Dual Sim Phone –P40 + 4 GB memory card for Rs.2,795/-. The order number is[protected]. i have immediately transferred the payment of Rs.2,795/- on line through Debit Card. The said amount is received immediately. Home shop 18 have also promised that the product will be delivered within 7 to 8 working days at my address.
2] Thereafter, immediately on 7/3/2013 home shop 18 have messaged and called me and informed that they will not be able to deliver the said product and the amount will be refunded within 7 days to me by demand draft or the same will be transferred to my account even though the said product was available with them.
3] Since then i am making complaints and requesting for my refund amount. But they are not refunding the amount and reply that they have refunded the amount to my bank. i have supplied the copy of the letter issued by the bank that they have not received the amount till date and thereafter, they have demanded my account statement to confirm. i have also scanned my account extract to confirm that i have not received the said amount. But still they are not refunding my amount and just prolonging the matter.
Kindly do the needful in the matter
