On 15.08.2012 I had booked Shwr Enclr 5018A CODE No.[protected] and SHPN Willis G-49370 Code No. [protected] under scheme that goods would be delivered and installed within 15 days but they took 20 days and assured to install on 04.09.2012. I paid substantial amount 25% in advance i.e Rs. 5000/- on 15.08.2012. None communicated with me within stipulated time. On 08.09.2012 I complaint to Customer care. Thereafter they asked me to deposit full amount. I told them to install the product at my home and get rest of amount then and there, but till date they did not deliver and installed. After seeing their conduct I am afraid to be cheated further by depositing full amount without delivery and installation of product. Was this information helpful? |
