Dear Concerned,
This complaint is regarding order no[protected]. The order was palced on 22nd Oct'08 after the assurance of the executive that the same will be delivered before dilwali, but the same has still not been delivered . Today we are standing on 12th Nov and still I havent received the product .
I have spoken to n number of employees at Homeshop18 but all in vain. To my further surprise I was given an AWB number Z79790680 which as per the courier company (DTDC) pertains to Bahadurgarh whereas the product which I had ordered was to be delivered at Ghaziabad . Really fail to understand why was I Given the wrong AWB no. As per the last conversation with Ms. Sangeeta ( Assistant Manager in Homeshop 18) the same will be delivered in 4-5 days .
Can anyone tell wht is the TAT which Hopeshop 18 is following ? Why are false commintments given to the customers ?
Pls note this is not the first time I have faced this issue . Earlier also I have booked a product on the comfirmation that the same will be delivered on saturday or sunday . However the same was handed over to a old neighbour on thrusday .
Is only selling is the motive of Homeshop18 or can they think of customerservice at any point of time. Was this information helpful? |
