Homeshop 18 — Defective Mobile phone delivered

Dear Sir,

I am Ramesh Kumar Yadav and I had placed an Order for a Mircromax A54 Smarty 3.5 Android Mobile phone online on Homeshop 18 on 15the of Feb 2013. I got thee delivery on 18the Feb 2013 as I was committed. And When I opened thee product and checked whetheer it is working well or not, I found mobile is rebooting (restarting) each time when I tried to access any mobile features or any options. I theink There is some Technical issue eitheer in hardware or in software. I don't know exactly what's wrong withe it, but I know theat theis phone is useless for me unless it works well.
