I HAVE RECENTLY ORDERED A KITCHEN APPLIANCE FROM HOMESHOP 18. PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO A DISTRICT COURIER SERVICE 70KM AWAY FROM MY NATIVE PLACE. AFTER REPORTING THIS TO CUSTOMER CARE, ERRATIC RESPONSE WAS GIVEN AND I WAS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IT CLAIMING IT WAS MY DUTY TO VERIFY WHEATHER SAID COMPANY PROVIDES SERVICE TO MY ADDRESS. RUDELY I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE COMPANY. NO ASSURITY ABOUT REFUND OF MONEY. MY OPINION IS IT WAS DUTY OF COMPANY TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS AND DECIDE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT. AS A CUSTOMER I FOUND MYSELF IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION. I WILL URGE TO FELLO CONSUMERS STAY AWAY FROM SUCH COPMANIES AND NOT TO BUY FROM HOMESHOP 18. Was this information helpful? | |||
