Homeshop 18 — Even Relationship Manager is not solving the issue

This complaint is with regard to my earlier complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/laptops-notebooks/homeshop18-c850717). I was contacted by their relationship manager on 26th Sept. He assured me to solve the issue. But its been more than 10 days that nothing has happened. Think of a company whose relationship manager is not solving the issue and not standing by the commitments. This issue could not get more worse than this. My experience with Homeshop 18 is becoming a nightmare. I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before placing any order on homeshop 18. Its better to pay more at other site and shops than to suffer through this mental trauma. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen or imagined.
