[Resolved] Homeshop 18 — Not Giving Refund after sending back the damaged product | |||
We have ordered electronic car (Toy) on 4th March'10 which was received us on 8th March with the damaged condition hence we have send it back after confirmation with call centre person of the Home shop 18..We have received letter along with the product stating that 15 days no quetions asked money back guarantee.. But till date they have not yet given us the refund also not getting any positive reply from call centre people.. Was this information helpful? | |||
