I had placed an order for Lloyd 4in1 cooler. Upon receiving it i was not satisfied with the product as it did not look the product shown on TV and also the air throw and cooling (in a 80 sft room) was very weak for a Rs.6999 cooler. I called Homeshop 18 customer service immediately on the same day, 17 May 2013 to request for a return/refund and was told that someone wil call me in 48 Hrs to schedule a pick up of the cooler. I didnt get a call for 3 days and called again and this time the person mentioned that the concerned department will call me in 48 Hrs. This time I got a call but the person I spoke to also asked couple of questions and said someone will call to schedule pick up of the cooler. I did not get a call from anyone and when i called back again today on 24 May 2013 the customer service and the person kept on insisting that someone called me and i didnt pick up the call. I have not missed a single call in last 4 days (even if i did why not call me one time again atleast). He also said that i cannot get a refund and when i asked him the reason he told me 'dont worry' concerned department will call me in 48 Hrs. I request someone to look into this and arrange for return pick up and refund me money. The TV ad and your website state the returnand refund policy (within 15 days). I am getting frustrated with the experience I am having.
