I have ordered (order no :[protected] two product in a same order and the product quaity is not good and one product was damanged .i returned both the product in a same box and homeshop (aromax) courier service person came and collect .. after 4 days only one product amoun got credited and other one (rs :458) other product amount rs (1566). i raised complaint[protected] also .but still money is not refund . homeshop customer care people only send a person from aromax courier .currently i am not having awb details .both product was send by the same courier person in a single box ...
If one product delivered and amount refunded then other also should delivered right .because both are in the same box.
