Homeshop18 — irresponsible delivery

This is a very serious complaint against the Entire network of HomeShop18.
How the team missguides the customer through website How they talks sweetly before money transaction from customers account.
they are very irresponsible about, wether the customer gets the product or not.waiting for the goods more then one month status still unknown in the web site status shows GODDS SHIPPED since last one month..

I received this product with one wheel broken and I informed them via customer care.and they told that they will try to send one spare wheel via courier..
...ITS ALREADY 2 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE...
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
FED UP WITH THIS...
