[Resolved] Homeshop18 — refund problem | |
I placed order No[protected] for Olumpus DigiCam FE25 on Homeshop 18. I returned it back due to following problems existing init i.e. Power backup, No audio in video recording, lance of camara too many time jammed. I returned it with TNT courier (Homeshop18 partner courier). Its almost passed 24 days but no refund was made to me and I also acknowledge one correction in name my name is RAMESH KUMAR SINGH and you are processing all of my queries by name of RAMESH SINGH. How many days later I get back my refund. Its just opposite the claim you are making on TV shows that with in 15 days you refund back money. I am making many calls to your call centre and spending too much money and not receiving any response from your site and I have left no any other option to go the consumer court and claim my refund. I placed order No[protected] for Fujzone mobile set on Homeshop 18. I returned it back due to following problems existing init i.e. Power backup, No audio in video not properly work, bluetooth not connect, touch screen not working, charger pin brake inside packet, all features are not working. I returned it by hand at nakamichi company situated at saidulajab. Its almost passed 24 days but no refund was made . How many days later I get back my refund. Its just opposite the claim you are making on TV shows that with in 15 days you refund back money. I am making many calls to your call centre and spending too much money and not receiving any response from your site and I have left no any other option to go the consumer court and claim my refund
