Homeshop18 — Late delivery and Octroi Charges No refund yet

This is with regards to Order no[protected] that was placed with Homeshop 18 on 22nd september. It is been 18 days after which the consignment arrived. To my surprise they expect the octroi to be payed by the customer. I have rejected the consignment on which I have been told that they would refund the amount after the order reaches back to them. which I anticipate would be another 20 days. Not just that I find Homeshop18 extremely slow but in a way dishonest and does not keep the word. I would never ever shop with homeshop18 ever and I hope they refund the money if they want to save their shabby unprofessional face. Sincerly Viral Ponda. Was this information helpful? After a week long promises of delivering the product I have now been told they would refund the money I wonder how long would that take. I have had enough of fooling around.

Homeshop18 — late refund

i ordered a comcorder from homeshop18...but it was not fullfilling ma requirement ..so i sent back and apllied for refund..but i had to make so many phone calls , but thank god at last i got ma refund , well service is not perfect but not too bad .. but it can be improved ,,jz work on it guyz...best of luck homeshop18

not satisfied with the product (vox mobile).Touch screen not smooth .mobile not getting switched on.As informed on phone to abhishek. He said nothing can be done.I got the delivery on 22nd of march and lodged my complaint on 24 th of march.What do you want a customer to do with a switched off mobile????
