I had ordered for a Jaipan non stick tawa and fry pan set on July 31st 2008 on Home Shop 18, till date I havent received the product. I even called the courier company - Madhur Couriers and asked about the product, still no use. The courier company did not give a proper response and always asked me to call after 15 min, 30 min and they never found my parcel.
Finally I decided that I don'd want the product now. Atleast Home Shop 18 should refund my money. SAME STORY HERE TOO. They always ask me to call after two days to know the status, when I call then they tell me there is some technical problem going on and I should call after 30 min.
This is the height of frustration now. I paid them online through my credit card. I have lost the money for no reason and I dont have the product too. Was this information helpful? |
I totally Agree with you on this and even i have seen that these guys have not kept their words. even if they will be delivering the product finally, it will not be what they have projected.
I would suggest thats its better not to go for any product from Home shop 18. Just have a knowledge of the product and then search for it in a mall near you or any other place similr to it.
regarding the problem which you have faced, i am glad to see that you comeup with this..
the best thing now is to file a written complaint against these guys. Atleast these guys should know that people are getting pi**ed of by their attitude and behaviour.
