[Resolved] Homeshop18 — false warranty, incomplete product delivery and worst customer care service | |||
I had purchased Kailash Pressure Cooker 3lt against order number[protected] on 24th Sep 2013. On site warranty mentioned was 5 years. I received product on 26th Sep 2013. I was very happy with in time delivery provided, but that happiness was only for some minutes. When I opened the packaging, first thing I found was that side handle shown on site is missing. Even warranty card attached with the product mentioned warranty of only 2 years. I immediately called up customer care service. After listening to my problem, customer care executive informed me that I need to wait for three days to get the resolution. (Complaint Number :[protected] I was expecting call after three days, but company expects their customer to call back. So I called them up again. This time I found out that even though customer care is 24 hour service, their concerned department only work during normal office timing and customer care executive after office timing are only for registering complaints and asking customer to call back next day. Most amazing thing about the company is when customer care guys put you on hold and you hear "HomeShop18 is most respected company in India". After unsuccessfully following up with customer care guys for next 2 days. I again updated new complaint (number :[protected] on their site. Just in hope to get some resolution. But this time, this most respected company in their own words was not keen to call back with any resolution. All you get is another complaint number. (complaint number :[protected]. Finally today on 9th, I received call from company asking me about if I have any complaint about the product. It was just their bad luck, that I was in lift and call got disconnected. When I called back after some time, I received resolution that said product is out of stock and hence they do not have replacement or remaining product to fulfill their order. So I finally gave up and asked them to take product back for which they again informed me that concerned department people will be available only tomorrow. Please call back tomorrow. To my mind, this company is no where near to being best and all the bad reviews about the product are not posted on site. Kindly help me out with the cheaters. Was this information helpful? | |||
