[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Food processor Not Working from Day one | |||
Hi, I have purchased Glen Food processor from Homeshop18 in April 2012 Order no[protected]. We unpacked it after a week as we were busy in normal daily work at home and we found that food processor is not working at all. We followed all the instruction given in user manual, tried with different blade combination and switches but not response of motor. So immediately i called up the Homeshop18 call center, the executive took down the complaint, but 3 days have past and no one bother to resolve the issue. I had purchased first time with HomeShop18 and experience is very bad. Its very reputed shopee and hope if anybody deal with it professionally rather then avoiding the complaint.
