unfortunately for the first time i did online shopping through home shoppe 18 ,i did orderd the above item and got something else..i called THEM and complaint against tht and they told me their customer executive will call me ..after some day i got a message in my mobile tht my complaint has been solved..what is this so unethical..my complaint number was 76311387 ,again they called me and tell me that BLUE DART courier will collect it from me..but after seeing no response from their side i went to giv it to them .but they dont know anything about tht..so i called again and complained..dont knw when will i got my product..or my money back...really cheating..
