Homeshop18 — not receipt against order no[protected]

Address:Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand

as per SMS recd. on[protected] the article was shipped by u & the delivery was expected within 4 days. I am very disappointed as this was my first online shopping & I could not receive the article till date.kindly look into the matter. An earliest & positive approach will highly be welcomed...with regards.
