Homeshop18 — Pre Order converted to post order

I have placed order number [protected] in the month of April 16 which was preorder of Dan Brown Inferno. the book was supposed to be delievere on 14 May. The buggers slept on order and when I submit complaint on 15 May, I was told they are working on it. On 17 I asked again just send me book and relieve me . They replied me through their website that they will send me book on 27 May. A great way to treat a custmer who asked for the pre-order and excetionally they don't have faciulity to cancel the orders of books through their customer phone. A great way to harass customers. Please don't do business with them they are bunch of cheaters in name of pre-orders wh
